In accordance with the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854), KOAMTAC provides the following information regarding the data generated, transmitted, and stored by its connected products.

Type, Format, and Estimated Volume of Product Data

• Type: Barcode or RFID
• Format: ASCII codes
• Estimated Volume: Depends on scanned barcode or RFID labels

Continuous and Real-Time Data Generation

KOAMTAC products can generate data continuously in real time once users enable continuous reading mode.

Data Storage

• KOAMTAC products can transmit collected data to a Smartphone/Tablet applications or the KOAMTACON Web Application.
• The application determines the storage duration.

User Access, Retrieval, and Deletion of Data

• Smartphone or Tablet applications can provide the method of user access, retrieve, or delete data function.
• Users can use KOAMTACON Web application and KOAMTACON provides access, retrieve, or delete the data options.
• KOAMTACON maintains user data as long as users subscribe to the KOAMTACON Web Application.
